User Data Deletion

Via account settings

If you have an active OnSkull account:

1. Go to Settings → Company → Close account.
2. Confirm the deletion. All account data enters the removal queue.
3. You'll receive email confirmation within 7 days.

Via Facebook / Meta

If you connected via Meta's Embedded Signup:

1. Open Facebook's App Settings.
2. Find the Inflow Agent / OnSkull app and click "Remove".
3. Meta notifies us automatically. We begin removal within 24 hours.

By email

Send a request to matheus@onskull.ai including:

• Full name or legal entity name.
• Email registered on the platform.
• CNPJ (if applicable).
• Connected WhatsApp number (if applicable).
• Description of the request (partial or full deletion).

We respond within 15 business days, as required by LGPD.

What is deleted

• Account data for the company and its linked users.
• Conversation history and processed messages.
• Data extracted by AI (intent, entities, summaries).
• WhatsApp Business API access tokens.
• Backups — removed in the next retention cycle (max. 30 days).

What we may retain (and why)

Brazilian law requires retention of certain data even after account deletion:

Tax and contractual documents

5 years (Consumer Defense Code, Art. 27).

Security and audit logs

6 months, for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Aggregated, anonymized data

For metrics and product improvement. Not considered personal data under LGPD.

Timelines

Request acknowledgement

Within 48 hours.

Production data deletion

Within 15 business days.

Backup removal

Within 30 days after production deletion.

Appeals

If you disagree with our decision on a request, appeal to the DPO at matheus@onskull.ai or file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
